Alpine Detail & Films provides automotive appearance and protection services including but not limited to:

  • Paint Protection Film (PPF)

  • Ceramic Coatings

  • Window Tint

  • Vehicle Detailing

  • Paint Correction

  • Vehicle Wrap Services

  • Related automotive services

Services may vary by availability, vehicle condition, scheduling, and location.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments may require deposits and are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule appointments due to weather, staffing, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Refuse service if vehicle conditions create safety concerns

  • Modify service recommendations based on vehicle condition

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their vehicle and requested services.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved forms of payment including credit cards and electronic payment methods.

Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellations occur within [24–48 hours] of scheduled appointments.

4. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer

Alpine Detail & Films is not responsible for:

  • Existing paint defects

  • Scratches

  • Rock chips

  • Previous repairs

  • Weak clear coat

  • Improper repainting

  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions

Paint protection film, coatings, and detailing services cannot guarantee prevention of all future damage.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By submitting your phone number through our website, estimate forms, booking forms, or other communication channels, you agree to receive text messages from Alpine Detail & Films regarding:

  • Appointment scheduling

  • Appointment reminders

  • Estimate updates

  • Service updates

  • Customer support

  • Follow-up communications
